The Metal Ages

Metal Ages began when people started to make metal objects . The first metal they used was copper, but it was very weak so people used bronze and iron later .
Metals were used to make tools, weapons and jewels

Other important inventions in this period were:
    The  wheel and the sail. Trade improved because of these inventions.
    The  plough. People could work the land easier and faster.
