A new society
The use of metals caused many social changes :
a) Villages became bigger and the turned into cities. They were surrounded by walls and were built buildings such as palaces , temples and shops.
b) The need of metals forced people to look them for far places and new trade routes were created. One of the most important trade routes was the tin route which went from Northern island like Ireland or Great Britain to the Mediterranean.
c) New professions appeared like traders, craftsmen, priests or warriors.
d) Social divisions grew up cause of a bad distribution of wealth.
