The Earth is the only known inhabited planet. It is located in the Solar System, which belongs to the Milky Way galaxy.
It is thought that the Universe was created after the Big Bang, a big explosion 13.800 millions years ago.

- Eight planets. Their names are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune). Scientists say that Pluto is no longer a planet of the solar system.
- Many satellites of the planets like the Moon.
- A large number of asteroids.
